If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Watchtool.io is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for watch dealers, providing WhatsApp-based bulk messaging services and watch listing search functionality. We offer free and paid subscription tiers (Pro $149/month, Pro Plus $249/month, and Enterprise custom pricing) accessible through WhatsApp authentication.

As part of the Service, Watchtool.io scrapes and analyzes public watch listings from WhatsApp groups to provide search functionality and market intelligence. You agree to this analysis and processing of public watch data to enhance your experience.

3. User Accounts

3.1 WhatsApp Authentication

• You must provide a valid WhatsApp phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WhatsApp account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One WhatsApp number may only be associated with one Watchtool.io account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

4. Service Tiers

4.1 Free Tier

• Limited access to basic watch listing search features
• Subject to usage limitations as displayed on our pricing page
• May include advertisements
• No guaranteed uptime or support response times

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Access to advanced search mechanisms, bulk messaging capabilities, and market analytics. Plans include Pro ($149/month), Pro Plus ($249/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
• All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe according to your selected plan
• Priority customer support via WhatsApp and email.
• Service level commitments as specified in your plan

5. Payment Terms (Paid Subscriptions)

5.1 Billing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Stripe may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversions based on your payment method and location

5.2 Refunds

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of purchase
• No refunds for violations of these Terms

5.3 Failed Payments

• We may suspend or terminate your account for failed payments
• You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload
• You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content

6.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws
• Contains false or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or poses risk to the platform or other users.

6.3 Data Retention

Upon account termination, we may retain your data for up to 90 days before it is permanently deleted.

During this time, your account may be reactivated if appropriate.
